001. Free digital downloads on the shop now! An array of PDFs designed to help organise your life and get on track. They are cute, versatile and come in two different colour ways. The files include… a meal planner, a weekly planner, a movement/exercise tracker, a dopamine menu (to fill out), and a to-do/brain dump list.

002. I designed these initially to help get myself out of a funk and get back on track with some life things that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by. A second reason I designed these templates… it’s coming into that dangerous time of year where stationary and planners for the next year go on sale.. where I usually would spend too much money on ones that I will never use! To help avoid repeating this cycle year after year - I decided to go digital. The goal is that by having a digital version that I can bulk print out when needed and keep in a folder, it will help me streamline my list making and life organisation process.

003. I’ve only been using them a couple weeks, but the flow that works for me is sitting down with a cup on tea on a Sunday, filling out what I need to to set them up for the week, and then pop them on my fridge doors with magnets - so I can see them regularly. I’ve also added a little magnetic pen cup holder to the fridge to make the process even smoother.

004. There is absolutely no rules though! They are designed to be flexible and used in the way that best suits you and your life! For example, in the movement tracker, there is a little space each day in the corner… could be to write the date, a little tick, or even a smiley face to check the day off ?! You can chose how you want to use and interact with the templates. I hope that by sharing them as a free resource they can hopefully help someday else too - in whatever way they need !
